What Flow Means to Me

Flow is where effort dissolves and truth begins.
It’s that sweet space between doing and being —
where the ocean moves through me,
where creation feels effortless,
and presence becomes art.

Flow is trust.
It’s the letting go — of control, of timing, of outcome —
and allowing something greater to move through you, not from you.

It’s how I run, how I surf, how I paint.
It’s how I live when I remember that everything is energy, and energy is always finding its rhythm again.

In flow, I meet the wild, the quiet, and the infinite —
and somehow, they all feel like home 💙

A Summer Art Exhibition by Christina McGrath

Date: Jan 1-18, 2026

There’s a moment where motion becomes magic —
where the ocean paints through you, not from you.
That’s the Flow State.

These pieces were born from surrender, rhythm, and trust —
like catching a perfect wave or losing yourself in a breath that lasts forever.

Come taste the salt in the air, the colour of freedom, and the pulse of summer.
Let the art move you. Melt you. Wake something wild inside you.

COASTAL GRIT & WILD LIGHT

Saturday 30th August | 2PM - 4PM

The Farmer’s Daughter, Omaha

Free | All welcome

Christina will host COASTAL GRIT & WILD LIGHT, a soulful afternoon exhibition at The Farmer’s Daughter in Omaha, with drinks, canapés, and conversation. The event will feature her latest collection — a celebration of connection, movement, and the natural elements that inspire her life and art.

“When people connect with my art, it’s like they’ve been seen — like someone caught the way they feel or how they see the world. That’s the power of it. That’s what keeps me painting.”

Christina McGrath’s artwork is a visual meditation on movement, emotion, and the ever-changing tides of life.

Using fluid acrylics, resin, and mixed media, her pieces capture the energy of the ocean and the inner landscapes it reflects. Each work is layered with texture, transparency, and intention—inviting a sense of calm, connection, and curiosity. From large-scale statement pieces to smaller, contemplative works, Christina’s art is designed to bring a sense of depth and serenity to your space.
